Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) in Riyadh seeks a Training Center Manager to design and execute technical training across exploration, mining and refining operations. Lead partnerships with local institutions to support Vision 2030 localization and ensure LBMA/ISO training standards are documented and met.

The role reports to the VP of HR and focuses on building workforce competency, safety compliance, and operational efficiency for a certified manufacturing environment in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of training and development experience in mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven track record in designing technical training programs for operational and laboratory staff.
• Deep understanding of Saudi labor laws and TVTC partnership frameworks.
• Experience managing training budgets and negotiating with external vendors.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and HRIS platforms.
• Strong ability to translate technical procedures into structured learning modules.
• Fluency in English and Arabic for effective communication.

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) is seeking a Training Center Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to lead the development and execution of technical training programs for our exploration, mining and refining operations. This role ensures that our workforce maintains the highest levels of competency in safety, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The Training Center Manager will build strategic partnerships with local vocational institutions to support our Vision 2030 localization objectives. The Training Center Manager will report directly to the VP of HR and will play a key role in shaping the technical capability of our workforce. This position is critical to maintaining our LBMA and ISO certifications through rigorous training standards and documentation.

• Knowledge of HSE training standards including HAZOP and emergency response.
