Job summary

Anduril Industries in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Air Defense Trainer to support our CUAS training programs for Middle East customers. You will tailor technical training to varied user levels, plan New Equipment Training, and lead hands-on sessions at customer sites and test facilities.

You will collaborate with regional teams, engineers and program managers to translate product capabilities into actionable learning objectives, maintain training materials, and travel up to 50% including hazardous

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering technical training to military or defense customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (20–30 days at a time).
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
  • Fluent in Arabic (verbal and written).

  • Design simulated training scenarios aligned to end user context and mission requirements.
  • Create, shape and manage training collateral for Air Defense systems and capabilities.
  • Work with regional teams, curriculum developers, engineers, program managers and subject matter experts to convert Anduril system capabilities into learning objectives.

ABOUT THE JOB

As an Air Defense Trainer you will support Anduril s Air Defense Business to plan resource and execute technical instruction enabled by a deep understanding of our products and each customer s unique mission requirements.


You will serve as a subject matter expert on Anduril s CUAS systems training international end users in the Middle East to include potentially hazardous operational environments.


You will also help drive adoption of our products by understanding user workflows and surfacing pain points. Multi-functional work and proactive communication across internal teams will help you drive the end-to-end customer experience.

WHAT YOU LL DO


  • Deliver comprehensive technical training tailored for Middle East military users at all levels

  • Plan, coordinate and deliver New Equipment Training and Train the Trainer courses for international operators and maintainers ensuring their full operational competency and ability to effectively employ systems against real‑world threats

  • Lead presentations and practical application hands‑on instruction to include customer sites, hazard zones, and Anduril test sites

  • Design simulated training scenarios aligned to end user context and mission requirements

  • Create, shape and manage training collateral for Air Defense systems and capabilities

  • Work with regional teams, curriculum developers, engineers, program managers and subject matter experts to convert Anduril system capabilities and tasks, techniques and procedures into learning objectives with matching course content

  • Design training curricula across a variety of platforms including presentations, hands‑on practicals, computer‑based training and simulations

  • Ensure instruction and training collateral remain current and updated for new features and functionality

  • Manage training material repositories and supervise version control coordination

  • Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team

  • Work across a wide range of Anduril teams including program teams, product development, engineering and operations to capture product updates and support training of end users

  • Serve as the voice of our customers

  • Build a bridge between our end users and Anduril, capturing feedback, identifying pain points and informing the development of new product features


The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on but not limited to work experience, education and or training critical skills and or business considerations.   • Demonstrable experience conducting technical training within the Middle East region for international users.

  • Training background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering technical instruction.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, to include travel to Hazard Zones, for approximately 20‑30 days at a time.

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.

  • Fluent in Arabic (verbal and written proficiency required: speaking, reading, and writing).

  • Ownership mentality with strong initiative in managing your own work and that of others; you should have a natural bias to assume responsibility.

  • Adaptive, creative communication style that fits a variety of audiences and works across a variety of mediums.

  • Ability to work in cross‑functional environments and influence others with no hierarchical relationship.

  • Enthusiastic about transforming US and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

  • Expertise in Counter‑Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) principles and capabilities.

  • Experience with Air Defense technology including autonomous systems, advanced C2 systems, electronic warfare.

  • Experience with hands‑on technical deployment, integration, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.

  • Experience or certification in testing and validation of RF systems.

  • Experience explaining technical terminology and solutions to a non‑technical audience.
