Job summary

Anduril Industries in the U.S. and international markets seeks an Air Defense Trainer to plan, resource, and execute technical instruction for Middle East users. You will develop training material, deliver New Equipment Training, and ensure operators and maintainers gain full proficiency in CUAS systems and related capabilities.

Travel up to 50% to hazard zones, collaborate with regional teams, and capture feedback to inform product features while supporting end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic (verbal and written) and able to operate in Middle East environments.
• Experience planning, developing, and delivering technical instruction for international users.
• Willing to travel up to 50%, including to hazard zones, for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive technical training tailored for Middle East military users at all levels.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver New Equipment Training and Train the Trainer courses for international operators and maintainers.
• Lead presentations and hands-on instruction at customer sites, hazard zones, and Anduril test sites.
• Design training curricula and collateral across platforms (presentations, hands-on labs, computer-based training, simulations).
• Collaborate with regional teams and experts to translate capabilities into learning objectives and content.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product features and act as the voice of the customer.
