Job summary

Abdulaziz Alsuhayman Law Firm is seeking a diligent trainee or junior lawyer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. You will draft contracts and memos, analyze cases, and assist the legal team with consultations and dispute resolution across public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia.

You will prepare for hearings, conduct in-depth legal research, and represent clients before courts and competent authorities under supervision. Strong Arabic skills and the ability to learn quickly are essential.

• Drafting Legal Documents: including contracts, legal memos, ensuring they comply with the applicable laws and regulations.
• Cases Analysis: Reviewing and analyzing legal cases to determine the most appropriate legal course of action and provide recommendations to the team on potential procedures.
• Supporting the Legal Team: Assisting in preparing legal consultations for clients and supporting in resolving disputes in an effective manner.
• Preparing for Hearings and Pleadings: assisting in the preparation of necessary documents for court hearings and prepare briefs and pleadings to be presented in court.
• Legal Research: Conducting in-depth legal research on relevant laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with legal and jurisprudential developments.
