Job summary

Kinetic Business Solutions in Jeddah is seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator for a 12-month contract to drive trade marketing across retail and customer channels.

You will manage in-store campaigns, POS materials, budgets and campaign logistics while coordinating with retailers, vendors and internal teams to execute initiatives.

The role requires Saudi nationality under Saudization, a Bachelor's in Marketing or Business, 2–3 years in marketing, and a valid Saudi driving licence with own car.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in marketing, ideally trade marketing, FMCG, retail or related industry.
• Saudi nationals only due to Saudization.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and own car.
• Available for face-to-face interviews in Jeddah.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade marketing activities across retail and customer channels.
• Support in-store campaigns, promotions and brand visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate POS materials, allocations and logistics.
• Manage marketing quotations, purchase orders, invoices and budgets.
• Coordinate with retailers, vendors and internal teams on campaign execution.
• Support e-commerce campaigns and marketing materials.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution and competitor activity.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on trade marketing activities.
• Support planning and execution of new initiatives and projects.
