Job summary

Petromin Corporation, based in Jeddah, seeks a Total Rewards Manager to lead payroll operations and oversee compensation and benefits programs. You will ensure accurate, on-time payroll, maintain controls, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external providers to optimize total rewards.

The role requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional who can design and improve processes, manage annual cycles, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Admin or related field.
• Certification in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll is preferred.
• Minimum 6-8 years of progressive payroll/total rewards experience; 2+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing, approvals, reconciliations and settlements.
• Partner with Finance on payroll accounting, accruals, cost reporting, reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Legal on compliance and policy adherence.
• Support benefits administration, vendor coordination, renewals and eligibility.
• Administer compensation programs, including salary structures and annual reviews.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and cost drivers.
• Ensure HRIS and payroll records are accurate and up to date.
• Drive process improvements through automation and data quality.
• Respond to employee/manager questions regarding payroll and benefits.
• Support audits with accurate records and explanations.
