Job summary

Acwa is seeking a Tool Keeper to manage inventory and support outages at the site in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. You will maintain tools, equipment, and consumables, and ensure proper filing of certifications and inspections.

Role requires 2 years in onsite/warehouse tool-keeping, high school education, and strong communication with detail orientation. On-site work with close liaison to operations and outages teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in onsite and warehouse tool-keeping management.
• Familiarity with tooling and warehousing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and identify delta, initiate procurement.
• Coordinate with outage managers for replenishment.
• Ensure 5S and housekeeping procedures.
• Maintain certifications for tools and equipment.
• Assist in audits and physical counts.

Key Accountabilities:

The tool keeper will be responsible for maintaining inventory and/or servicing of tools, equipment, materials, and consumables. The tool keeper is responsible to support outage execution with assigned tasks.

Inventory Management

• Tool Keeper is responsible for maintaining inventory, identifying delta (missing inventory) and initiating the process of procurement.
• Liaise with the outage managers/FSE for inventory replenishment and new requirements.
• Interval reporting on loss or broken tools and tool users
• Ensure 5S and other housekeeping procedures is followed

Certification & Inspections

• Maintain certifications (Internal/external) for tools and equipment.
• Liaise with the third party for certification and servicing of tools and equipment
• Internal inspection of all tools and equipment

Validating & Checking

• Validating and checking Inspection & certification records for all equipment and tools.
• Maintain the MOQ for Tool Containers, Consumable Containers, HYTORC, FME & any other On-site Equipment stored in the warehouse.
• Support outages by providing replenishment of tools and equipment as required.
• Onsite receival from vendors and maintaining inventory as per relevant process

Health, Safety, Security & Environment

• Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental procedures, instructions, and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.

Related Assignment

• Perform any other duties which the line manager may require to be carried out.
• To assist in physical count of inventory during internal & external audit exercises.
• Supporting Materials loading, unloading, and stacking
• Responsible to maintained 5S standards at all time.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School

2 years experience in onsite and warehouse tool-keeping management and tooling familiarity

Skills: Communication skills (Reading and Writing) detail oriented.
