Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a Tool Stores Specialist to ensure accurate tool storage and that all tools in stores are in serviceable condition under GACA regulations. You will collaborate with Maintenance Duty Managers to streamline stores processes and provide seamless support to line maintenance activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma qualified or equivalent, you will demonstrate 2 to 5 years of working experience in the Airline, MRO, or Aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of tools management and storekeeping practices.
  • Possession of Logistics Management Skill Course, IATA DG Regulations, or familiarity with airframe and engine manufacturers is advantageous.
  • Ability to obtain police security clearance required for the role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tool storage and ensure tools in stores are serviceable under GACA regulations.
  • Develop relationships with Maintenance Duty Managers to improve stores processes.
  • Provide seamless support to line maintenance activities and ensure safety and compliance.
  • Control stores activities including handling, packaging, calibration program control, and data integrity.
  • Maintain health and safety standards and ensure tools are readily available for uninterrupted maintenance.

About the Role

Are you passionate about ensuring operational excellence through precise tool management and exceptional support for line maintenance operations?

In this role, you will be responsible for tool storage and ensure that all tools available in stores are in serviceable condition in accordance with GACA regulations.

You will develop progressive relationships with Maintenance Duty Managers to improve stores approach and provide seamless support to line maintenance activities.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our Line Maintenance Tools Stores support.

This position requires technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance with GACA regulations and company policies accomplished in a timely manner.

You can expect to control and manage tools stores activities relating to storekeeping, tools handling, handling techniques, tools segregation, storage conditions, packaging, shelf‑life control, calibration program control, and data integrity.

You'll maintain health and safety standards while ensuring tools are properly controlled, documented, and readily available to support uninterrupted maintenance operations.

This is a critical role where your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly enhance maintenance efficiency, safety standards, and our operational excellence.

About You

Diploma qualified or equivalent, you will demonstrate 2 to 5 years of working experience in the Airline, MRO, or Aerospace industry, with strong understanding of tools management and storekeeping practices.

You will bring strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Maintenance Duty Managers and line maintenance teams, along with an elevated level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
