Hungerstation is seeking a logistics professional to support day-to-day 3PL account operations in the Eastern Province, balancing rider supply with delivery demand. You will assist onboarding of new 3PL partners to enable fleet expansion and regional coverage.

This role requires monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and billing accuracy while resolving routine operational issues and maintaining strong partner relationships.

Formación

• 2–4 years in logistics, 3PL coordination, fleet management, or last-mile operations.
• Experience tracking 3PL performance, SLA compliance, and fleet supply metrics.
• Basic exposure to invoice tracking, billing verification, and data reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day 3PL account operations in the Eastern Province to balance rider supply and delivery demand.
• Assist onboarding and activating new 3PL partners to support regional fleet expansion and coverage goals.
• Monitor 3PL KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics, highlighting gaps to senior team members.
• Assist 3PL partners in resolving routine operational issues, logistics obstacles, and account inquiries.
• Review 3PL billing accuracy, assist in invoice validation, and track payment releases with Finance.
• Participate in operational touchpoints with 3PL partners to build strong working relationships and improve vendor retention.
• Gather operational feedback from 3PL vendors to identify areas for workflow and communication improvements.
• Support communication of operational updates, safety guidelines, and SOPs to 3PL partners.
• Monitor daily 3PL compliance with HungerStation's Code of Conduct and operational standards.
• Follow policies and processes for daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.

Key Activities

• Monitor 3PL operational KPIs SLAs and performance metrics highlighting gaps to senior team members
• Assist 3PL partners in resolving routine operational issues logistics obstacles and account inquiries

Knowledge and Experience

• 2 - 4 years of experience in logistics, 3PL coordination, fleet management, or last-mile operations.
• Experience in tracking 3PL performance, SLA compliance, and fleet supply metrics.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
