We’re builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what’s next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You’ll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your well‑being, and truly belong.
What’s in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

As the Territory Ecosystem Manager (TEM) for Iraq, you will own the territory’s revenue performance and drive growth through a highly partner‑centric sales motion. You are responsible for leading, enabling, and accelerating SAP business through the Iraqi partner ecosystem—managing the complete sales cycle with multiple resellers and ensuring customer success across the end‑to‑end lifecycle.

This role covers the entire Iraq territory end‑to‑end—from the southern region to the northern provinces—managing all partner‑driven sales activities across the full national market.

In this role, you act as the virtual sales manager for the Iraq territory, coaching partner sales teams as if they were an extension of SAP, ensuring execution excellence in a dynamic and fast‑growing market. You will work closely with partners to build sustainable pipeline, drive adoption of SAP cloud solutions—especially SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud—and secure recurring success revenue.

You also monitor competitor activity across the Iraqi market and orchestrate partner strategies to protect SAP footprint, expand into white‑space, and win high‑value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as the territory’s sales manager, leading and coaching partner sales teams to drive consistent execution and alignment with SAP standards.
  • Achieve revenue and booking targets through Iraqi partners while leveraging the Digital Hub and SAP demand‑generation assets.
  • Own the full national Iraq territory (South, Central, and North), ensuring consistent execution and coverage across all provinces and partner clusters.
Partner Sales Execution

  • Ensure partners adhere to SAP quality standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Ecosystem Orchestration
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers to influence partner business plans, ensure operational readiness, and align on ecosystem growth strategies for Iraq.
  • Promote and enable partners to consume SAP Digital Services across sales, delivery, and customer success phases.
