• Provide first line leadership to Passenger Services staff across check-in, boarding, and MAAS.
• Coach the team to meet KPI targets and SOPs.
• Manage staffing, allocate tasks, and oversee gate/desk processes per SLA.
• Coordinate with PRM and flight control for on-time departures.
