Keenfinity is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Intern in Telecommunication to join the IQSIGHT division in Saudi Arabia. You will support the sales team with lead generation, CRM data maintenance, and coordinating product demonstrations while learning practical B2B sales processes.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
• Strong verbal and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective customers across target industries.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports.
• Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
