Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Governance & PMO Lead to head governance and PMO for a major telecom transformation in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead executive governance forums, coordinate client teams and vendors, and provide clear visibility of priorities, risks and decisions to senior leadership.

This client-facing role requires strong delivery discipline, stakeholder management and Saudi-based work presence with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading Governance / PMO within large-scale transformations.
• Proven ability to lead PMO or governance teams.
• Saudi-based or willing to travel to Saudi Arabia for majority of the week.

• Challenge workstream leads and ensure actions are followed through to resolution.
• Coordinate across multiple client teams, vendors, delivery partners and service providers.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Governance & PMO Lead to lead the governance and programme management function for a major telecom transformation programme in Saudi Arabia.

This is a senior, client-facing role requiring strong experience in programme governance, PMO leadership, executive reporting and complex transformation delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Governance & PMO function across the transformation programme
• Manage and coach an experienced PMO/governance team covering planning, reporting, risks, issues and dependencies
• Own executive governance forums, Steering Committee preparation and senior management reporting
• Consolidate programme performance and provide clear visibility of priorities, risks, dependencies and key decisions
• Challenge workstream leads and ensure actions are followed through to resolution
• Coordinate across multiple client teams, vendors, delivery partners and service providers
• Act as a senior point of contact for the client on overall programme performance and governance

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience leading Governance / PMO functions within large-scale transformation programmes
• Proven experience managing and developing an experienced PMO or programme governance team
• Telecom industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong exposure to senior and C-level stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors and delivery partners in complex environments
• Minimum 5+ years of consulting experience
• Saudi-based or willing to travel to Saudi Arabia for the majority of the working week
• Arabic speaking is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
