Job summary

Napco National Company is seeking a skilled maintenance and reliability professional to monitor asset condition, collect and interpret data, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance. You will ensure compliance with health & safety standards while coordinating with operations to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include fault identification, RCA if needed, and using standard office software to prepare clear reports for management.

Qualifications

• Understand NAPCO policies and procedures and apply them in daily tasks.
• Ability to interpret internal policies and procedures in a business context.
• Monitor and interpret data to support decision-making at NAPCO.
• Organize and plan work to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet objectives.

Identify, isolate, and totally rectify a fault so that the failed asset can be restored to an operational condition in which it can perform its intended function at NAPCO and if necessary apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure long term solution is also applied.
