Almarai is seeking a Technical Trainer for its Manufacturing & Engineering team in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering training to Saudi male employees, aligning with corporate training objectives and expanding capabilities across plant operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in industrial training, hands-on SAP experience, and strong teamwork skills to support a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant Training experience in a large-scale manufacturing industry as a trainer.
• Hands-on knowledge in training needs analysis, planning, designing, delivering and development of training activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs in line with Corporate Training objectives.
• Assess and update training content to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify skill gaps and create development plans.
