Job summary

Client of Taj HR is seeking qualified Industrial Vocational Training Instructors TT1 to join a Saudi government-backed Vocational Technical Institute project in KSA. You will deliver technical training through classroom and workshop sessions, ensuring learning outcomes and maintaining high standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Engineering qualification with 3+ years of training experience and 5+ years in Oil & Gas or related industries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Engineering qualification in relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of training or instructional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, or related fields.
• Competency-based assessments such as NVQ, A1, V1, D32 or D33 are preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training courses via classroom and workshop sessions.

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering technical training programs through both theoretical classroom sessions and practical workshop training, ensuring effective learning outcomes and maintaining high training standards.

Available Positions

• Technical Trainer TT1 Pipefitting
• Technical Trainer TT1 Mechanical
• Technical Trainer TT1 Welding
• Technical Trainer TT1 Rigging

3 Months Short-Term Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training courses based on approved curriculum through classroom and workshop sessions
• Prepare lesson plans, training schedules and practical training activities
• Apply effective teaching methods to engage trainees and achieve learning objectives
• Manage the workshop and classroom training environment to ensure safe and effective delivery
• Assess trainees technical performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes
• Maintain accurate training records and assessment documentation
• Ensure availability and suitability of training equipment, tools, consumables and training aids
• Continuously update technical knowledge and enhance instructional delivery skills
• Support continuous improvement of training programs while maintaining quality and safety standard

Requirements

• Diploma or Engineering qualification in the relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of training/instructional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, or related industries.
• Strong technical background in the relevant specialization: Pipefitting Mechanical Welding RiggingExcellent English communication skills.
• Experience in vocational or technical training institutes is highly preferred.
• GCC / Middle East experience is preferred.
• Candidates with competency-based assessment qualifications such as NVQ, A1, V1, D32, or D33 are highly preferred.
