Job summary

Baker Hughes in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Process Quality Operations Engineer to strengthen our Engineering Transformation team. You will contribute to improving the quality of engineering processes across rotating equipment and lifecycle services.

The role requires an engineering degree and at least five years in rotating equipment, plus strong communication and leadership to drive programs and collaborate with regional sales and technical staff.

Qualifications

• Engineering Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment (gas and steam turbines, compressors).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to lead programs / projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Responsibilities

• Originating sales by positioning Baker Hughes technology and identifying the best technical and commercial Upgrade solution for brownfield projects.
• Promoting the business value proposition of Baker Hughes technology.
• Working in close cooperation with DTI, regional sales, account sales, commercial and technical proposal staff.
• Handling products and systems through mainly rotating machinery and control technical expertise.
• Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
• Handling important clients for a product line.
• Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
• Handling Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
