Riyadh Air is seeking an experienced Cargo Compliance, Quality and Standards leader to guide a growing global network. You will ensure alignment with international and national regulations while driving operational excellence across cargo operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in air cargo operations, compliance, auditing or quality assurance.
• Possess Dangerous Goods Regulations certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead cargo compliance, quality, and standards across global network.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with IATA, ICAO, GACA, customs, security, and Dangerous Goods requirements.
• Manage cargo-specific Quality Management System, audits, reviews, and corrective action programs.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, manuals, and policies for safe, efficient cargo handling.
• Monitor performance indicators and use data insights to identify trends and improve compliance, quality, and service delivery.
• Oversee ground handling agents and vendors through audit and performance frameworks.
• Coordinate training and competency programs to stay aligned with operational requirements.
