Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Saudi Arabia seeks a Technical Project Manager to organize and drive delivery of a smart productivity hardware product. You will coordinate product, engineering, design, and operations to convert ideas into actionable plans.

You’ll own multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and run regular syncs with vendors and contractors in an international setting. Agile/Scrum experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a technology product company.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and sprint execution.
• Ability to write requirements, user scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to run meetings and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Organize sprint work, including planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Translate product requirements into clear, actionable tasks for engineering and design teams.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and agreements across participants.
• Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, project documentation, and task statuses.
• Document product and technical decisions, requirements, meeting outcomes, and next steps.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations.
• Run regular team syncs and ensure decisions translate into execution.
• Assess impact of scope changes on timelines and delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, legal, finance, and other external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and elevate issues as needed.
