Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Smart Home Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of smart home projects. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution, coordination across teams, and maintaining high-quality standards for all smart home installations and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in smart home systems or technology-based projects, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver complex projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end smart home project execution from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays.
• Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of smart home systems.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation throughout project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting for all project activities.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Smart Home, ELV, or technology-related projects.
• Prior experience in smart home systems or similar technical solutions is mandatory.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and execution frameworks.
• Experience handling multiple stakeholders and large-scale technical projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Male candidates preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in smart home automation, IoT systems, or ELV solutions.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work in bilingual environments (Arabic & English)
