The role requires strong technical understanding of architecture, APIs, databases, and development practices, plus hands-on collaboration with developers and QA.

• Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture.
• Familiarity with backend and frontend development concepts.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud).
• Experience with debugging, application logs, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of software testing, QA processes, and code quality.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Arabic and English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a Technical Engineering Coordinator to work closely with our Technical Lead in supporting software engineering operations, technical quality, and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a solid technical foundation, understands software architecture and development processes, and can actively support engineering teams in identifying technical issues, improving development practices, and maintaining production stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Lead in overseeing day-to-day engineering activities.
• Review technical requirements and ensure they are properly understood by development teams.
• Investigate technical issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Monitor application performance, system stability, and production issues.
• Support code quality processes, technical reviews, and development standards.
• Coordinate technical releases, deployments, and production readiness.
• Review API integrations, database-related issues, and technical dependencies.
• Ensure appropriate unit, integration, and automated testing practices are followed.
• Maintain technical documentation, including architecture, APIs, and deployment procedures.
• Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and areas requiring improvement.
• Work closely with developers and QA engineers to resolve defects and improve software quality.
• Assist the Technical Lead in evaluating technical solutions and engineering improvements.
