• 10 years of professional software development experience.

Qualifications amp Experience

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams and with stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• 3-5 years in software engineering leadership roles such as Team Lead Engineering Manager or Head of Engineering
