You will drive technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and oversee planning, execution, and delivery of high‑quality projects.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, risk management, and effective collaboration with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering required.
12+ years in leadership roles within technical services or engineering management on large projects.
Proven ability to apply PM methodologies and lead cross-functional teams.
Experience with risk management and compliance in complex construction environments.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and direction for the engineering department.
Mentor and develop engineering teams to enhance skills.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical aspects of projects.
Identify improvements and drive continuous performance enhancements.
Prepare reports for senior management on progress and outcomes.
