Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering required.
• 12+ years in leadership roles within technical services or engineering management on large projects.
• Proven ability to apply PM methodologies and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with risk management and compliance in complex construction environments.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a leadership role within technical services or engineering management in large-scale development or construction projects.
• Experience applying project management methodologies and principles.
• Experience collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience driving innovation and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in technical operations.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to large-scale projects.
• Experience with risk management and problem-solving in complex environments.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and reports.
