Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Provide vision and direction for the technical department, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams to enhance skills and expertise.
• Drive innovation by encouraging and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed to specifications, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within technical services or engineering management in large-scale development or construction projects.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies and principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement continuous improvement initiatives in technical operations.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to large-scale projects.
