Job summary

Splunk, a Cisco company, is seeking a Technical Success Engineer to advise customers on Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud architectures, ensuring successful adoption and value realization.

You will mentor onboarding, coordinate cross‑functional teams, handle escalations, and participate in QBRs while fluent in Arabic and English. Hybrid role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical account management or similar.
• Experience with customer escalations and project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of Splunk Core Platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and mentor customers; plan enablement workshops.
• Advise on overall health of a customer's Splunk environment and architecture.
• Lead issue resolution across internal teams for customer issues.
• Coordinate delivery of services based on customer needs and escalations.
• Participate in QBRs with customers, reviewing service levels and usage metrics.
• Suggest upgrades and add-ons; ensure upgrade readiness and feature awareness.
• Communicate customer needs to the Account Team and stakeholders.
