Job summary

A Leading Company, with a head office in Dammam, KSA, is seeking a Technical Consultant. The role involves liaising with clients, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions to both technical and business teams. The candidate should have a background in accounting and IT pre-sales experience.

English proficiency is preferred, Arabic is native, and a driving license is mandatory. The position requires residing in Saudi Arabia with transferable iqama and the ability to work in a dynamic team

Qualifications

• BSc in Accounting is required.
• Pre Sales & Technical IT experience in the field (3-5 years).
• Accounting background is essential.
• Resident in KSA with Transferable Iqama is required.
• English language proficiency is preferable.
• Having a driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to gather project requirements and integrate with existing systems.
• Attend initial sales meetings with the client.
• Determine client business requirements and suitability of products.
• Decide if software needs adaptation to meet client needs.
• Answer technical questions from clients and present findings to a technical team.
• Prepare reports and proposals; communicate with clients clearly.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently or in a team.

• Customer liaison to project requirements, scope and integration with existing systems
• Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
• Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
• Decide whether the software needs adapting to meet the client's needs
• Answering any technical questions the client might have
• Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
• The ability to write reports and proposals
• The capacity to work well on your own or in a team

Language Proficiency
