Dar Al Riyadh seeks a seasoned Project Engineer to oversee planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence. You will collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions aligned with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering (or related) degree, 5+ years in project management, and professional certifications such as PMP or LEED.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of project management or engineering experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of engineering projects from conception through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.
• Develop and review project plans, specifications, and technical reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained.
• Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, negotiate contracts, and manage project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior staff and promoting professional development.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety protocols, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
