Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space Saudi Limited seeks a Professional in Customer Engineering & Technical Support to maintain and support BEAM9 hardware and software, coordinate IT activities with teams in France, and ensure operation continuity of GEOINT/IMINT functions in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires strong English and Arabic communication, security clearance awareness, and hands-on experience with AD/DNS, Windows, Linux, and modern virtualization tools.

Qualifications

• Master degree in computer science.
• Experience in maintenance and support programs.
• Ability to interact with diverse interlocutors in multicultural environments.
• Proficiency with Windows/DNS/AD and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS).
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (Nutanix, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Knowledge of geospatial tools (IMINT/GEOINT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support BEAM9 system hardware/software and operations.
• Assist customer IT administration and coordinate with France-based teams for IT activities.
• Support GEOINT/IMINT operations and IT training in KSA.
• Engage with customers in meetings to align service levels and requirements.

Job Description:The jobholder will have to perform the following activities:A. Maintenance and SupportThe main responsibility is to make our partner’s staff able to take over the maintenance of hardware / software and support operations of the BEAM9 system. These operations consist of:Support the Customer’s IT Administration team, in daily monitoring and to insure the contact with the Maintenance team in France for IT activities and supplier for hardware replacement;Support the Customer’s Production team, in day to day operation on GEOINT/IMINT activities, to take into account administration and to insure the contact with the Engineering team in France;Support IT Training activities;Support all operations in KSA, like deployment, acceptance phases or IT training;Contribute to continuous process improvement of the platform by supporting the deployment of software/hardware update and upgrade.B. Customers’ relationshipParticipate to all necessary meetings, conferences or workshops with our customers to insure the appropriate level of service;Contribute to reflect customer’s expectations or request;Supporting the activity in its evolving context (support operational teams, provide operational updates and requirements).C.
