Job summary

ZainTECH is seeking a Business Development Associate Intern to support Sales and Account Management teams across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Digital Solutions, and more. The role offers hands-on exposure to the technology sales lifecycle, from market research to opportunity qualification and proposal support.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year internship/early-career experience encouraged to apply.
• Interest in business development, technology sales, or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication; confidence engaging with different stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about technology and industries.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Research target industries and decision-makers to identify opportunities.
• Support lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events.
• Assist in qualifying prospects by understanding requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and target account lists.
• Prepare for customer discovery meetings with research and briefing materials.
• Participate in meetings and proposals with Account Managers.
• Help with follow-ups, proposals, and sales-related tasks.
• Understand customer challenges and how ZainTECH solutions fit.
