Job summary

BlueFive Sidra in جدة invites fresh graduates to join the Tamheer training program as a Project Management Specialist within its Development Management Unit. This full-time, on-site role supports project controls, cost, schedule, risk, and documentation to help accelerate readiness for real estate development projects.

You will collect progress updates, maintain schedules, verify invoices, attend site visits, and keep project registers up to date under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduate with interest in real estate development and project management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect monthly progress updates from consultants and update the Real Estate Development Platform (RDP).
• Update master schedules and extract critical project milestones.
• Cross-check invoices against consultant certificates, BOQs/CBS, previous invoices, retention, and advances.
• Attend site visits, take photographs, document observations, and follow up on previous action items.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project document registers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
