Job summary

BAE Systems is seeking an SMU Manager in Taif to oversee the maintenance solution and ensure conformance with the Salam MOE and Safety Case requirements. The role requires ensuring qualified staff, managing data integrity, and delivering maintenance per approved standards.

You will lead maintenance personnel, drive performance metrics, and foster a proactive safety culture while coordinating with the Head of Engineering & Compliance for issues tied to MOE and RSAF requirements.

Qualifications

• NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC or equivalent technical qualification acceptable to M&CA.
• Saudi Engineering Council Registration or the ability to obtain registration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and effective delivery of the Taif based Maintenance Solution in line with Salam MOE.
• Ensure maintenance personnel are suitably qualified and experienced.
• Ensure maintenance is carried out per Approved Maintenance data and standards.
• Develop and maintain maintenance performance metrics for cost effective deployment.
• Highlight maintenance risks through Salam Risk and Opportunity Management System.
• Escalate MOE or RSAF RFL issues for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with SOO/maintenance data integrity and data originators.
• Provide staff training to maintain competence and currency.
• Promote a proactive safety reporting culture via hazard analysis.
