Job summary

BAE Systems Taif site is recruiting an Air Electrical Battery Shop Technician Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in Taif, ensuring compliance with safety and RSAF regulations. The role focuses on delivering shop repairs, supporting operational readiness, and driving continuous improvement across the maintenance organisation.

The candidate will manage M&CA mandates, MOE compliance and contribute to customer satisfaction while developing staff and maintaining equipment readiness in line

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervision of engineering teams.
• Ability to implement continuous improvement and safety standards.
• Experience with air electrical systems and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional direction and guidance to the Air Electrical and Battery Shop.
• Deliver activities per the shop component repair plan and schedule.
• Support operational readiness and KPI delivery for RSAF maintenance.
• Uphold Safety, Health & Environment and Product Safety & Environment standards.
• Ensure compliance with MOE, LCM, M&CA mandates and contractual obligations.
