BAE Systems Taif site is seeking a highly experienced Armament Intermediate Maintenance Workshop (AIMW) supervisor. The role encompasses ensuring compliance with airworthiness and safety standards, guiding BAESSA procedures, and driving continuous improvement within the AIMW shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a recognised technical qualification (NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC or equivalent).
• Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft maintenance and engineering.

Responsabilités

• Accountable to Primary Line Manager with independent route to Secondary Line Manager.
• Assist reviews of maintenance and identify capacity improvements.
• Ensure maintenance tasks meet airworthiness and safety standards.
• Monitor facilities resources and enable contractual obligations.
• Maintain anti-FOD surveillance and report hazards.
• Ensure tasks are completed within timeframes to support Forward Maintenance and SMU activities.
