Workato is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Jeddah to manage end-to-end supply chain processes and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics to ensure timely delivery, monitoring inventory, and implementing cost-saving initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as lead times, delivery times, and inventory turnover.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve issues.
• Oversee the execution of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Supply Chain Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials in our company. Your main responsibility will be to manage our supply chain processes and maintain the inventory levels to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential supply shortages or overages
• Track and analyze key performance indicators such as lead times, delivery times, and inventory turnover
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements
