Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a motivated professional to own supplier engagements with retailers, eCommerce players, and vendors for onboarding and BAU, including data compliance and improvements. You will manage a portfolio of countries and retailers, driving measurable data-quality improvements and ensuring service levels are met.

The role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and supplier engagement, offering a direct impact on business outcomes and opportunities to influence data governance

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge to interpret data in a business context.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Tech-savvy with exposure to diverse data formats.
• Ability to understand and map diverse data structures.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report KPIs, ensuring data receipt aligns with SLAs.
• Partner with data analysts to review KPIs and drive supplier improvements.
• Analyze data quality metrics and collaborate with suppliers to enhance accuracy and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve retailer data quality and work with operations to implement them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, acting as main contact.
• Support onboarding activities, including data quality testing and format alignment.
• Coordinate with local operations and project managers to finalize onboarding plans for new suppliers.
• Handle escalations and queries from retailers with timely resolution.
• Contribute to system improvements, including SAP, transactional data handling, FTP/MFT setup, and retailer system changes.

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and take ownership of Supplier engagements with Retailers, eCommerce players and Vendor for Onboarding and BAU which includes Data compliance and improvements. In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, data governance, and project managers to strengthen relationships, improve data quality, and ensure service levels are met. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of countries and retailers, driving measurable improvements in how we receive and use data.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, acting as their main point of contact.

• Coordinate with local operations teams and project managers to finalize onboarding plans for new suppliers.
• Handle escalations and queries from retailers, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Contribute to system improvements, including SAP, transactional data handling, FTP/MFT setup, and retailer system changes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to interpret and apply data in a business context.
• Excellent analytical, Presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Tech‑savvy, with exposure to different data and file formats.
• Ability to understand and interpret diverse data structures and mapping.
• Knowledge in Python, SQL is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and knowing Arabic is an advantage
