Responsibilities

The Sukuk & Bonds Specialist is responsible for supporting and managing the issuance, structuring, and lifecycle of sukuk and bond instruments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and market best practices.

  • Support the issuance of sukuk and bonds from initiation to settlement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, arrangers, legal advisors, and regulators.
  • Prepare and review offering documents, term sheets, and prospectuses.
  • Ensure compliance with Capital Market regulations and applicable standards.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor fixed income and sukuk market trends.
  • Assist in structuring debt instruments and evaluating pricing and timing.
  • Maintain issuance records and post-issuance reporting.
  • Support investor presentations and roadshows when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Knowledge of sukuk and bond structures and fixed income markets.
  • Familiarity with capital market regulations.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred
  • Experience in debt capital markets, investment banking, or regulatory bodies.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
