Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field with 6–8+ years of experience.
• Strong experience leading complex sourcing and acquisition activities.
• Experience managing supplier performance and subcontract lifecycles.
• Advanced cost/price analysis skills with track record of best-value terms.
• Knowledge of export/import regulations and compliance with Global Trade.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and acquisition of materials and services aligned with program goals and technical needs.
• Drive supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality across materials and services.
• Manage full subcontract lifecycle from RFP to award and post-manufacturing administration.
• Perform complex cost and price analyses to determine fair pricing and terms.
• Negotiate terms to optimize value and align with financial objectives.
• Ensure export/import requirements are implemented with Global Trade coordination.
• Apply CORE methodologies to improve subcontracting efficiency and performance.
• Deliver data-driven supplier performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CONUS subcontract teams and legal/compliance to synchronize activities.
• Maintain supplier administration and communication to support issue resolution and long-term relationships.
