Job summary

Tamkeen Human Resource (THR) is seeking a senior leader to drive the company’s strategy, PMO, and corporate performance functions, translating strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and ensuring execution across the organization.

You will develop and implement the corporate strategy, establish PMO governance, oversee cross-functional projects, and prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports for the CEO and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred.
• 10–15+ years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Transformation, or Corporate Performance.
• Experience in HR services, manpower, outsourcing, or workforce solutions is preferred.
• PMP, PMI-PMOCP, or similar certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s corporate strategy and strategic initiatives.
• Establish PMO governance, methodologies, and project management standards.
• Oversee strategic and cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery of scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Develop and monitor corporate and departmental KPIs.
• Prepare executive dashboards, performance reports, and presentations for the CEO and leadership.
• Identify business risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead transformation, process improvement, and business growth initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between departmental plans and overall company strategy.
• Lead and develop the Strategy & PMO team.
