Job summary

Total-TECH Co. is seeking a Senior PMO/Strategy professional to lead end-to-end portfolio oversight across directorates. You will build real-time dashboards and trackers, ensuring milestones, risks and dependencies are clearly visible and actively managed.

You will act as a strategic partner to the Senior Director, preparing board materials and driving decisions. The role requires 8–12 years in PMO/Strategy with strong stakeholder management, advanced Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field or related area.
8–12 years of relevant experience in PMO, Strategy, Chief of Staff, or Management Consulting.
Experience in insurance/financial services/tech startups or regulated industries preferred.
MBA or PMP/PgMP is a plus.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder portfolios in matrixed orgs.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong Power BI skills and dashboard/reporting tool development.
Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet or Jira.
Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end tracking of strategic initiatives across all directorate functions, ensuring milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and risks are visible and managed.
Build and maintain dashboards and project trackers for real-time portfolio visibility.
Proactively identify delays, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues before delivery impact.
Establish weekly and monthly cadences to monitor progress and hold workstream owners to account.
Act as strategic partner to Senior Director; synthesize information into insights and recommendations.
Prepare board-level and executive materials and decision papers; represent the Senior Director in selected meetings.
Support senior leadership for critical meetings, decisions and strategic discussions.
Serve as central coordination point across Actuarial, Commercial, Finance, Financial Control, Planning & Strategy, and Investor Relations.
Manage regulatory and reporting calendar; ensure cross-functional submissions are complete and timely.
Establish governance mechanisms for alignment and accountability; drive standardization and continuous improvement.
