Job summary

alfanar Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy & Business Planning Manager to lead strategic planning, performance management, and annual planning across the group. You will standardize planning frameworks, drive data‑driven decision making, and ensure alignment across sectors and subsidiaries.

The role focuses on developing data platforms, KPI governance, and robust financial analysis to support executive decision making and long‑term value creation in a dynamic market environment in Saudi

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Any relevant field.
6 to 10 years of work experience in corporate strategy or planning roles.
Strong financial analysis, budgeting and planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate strategic objectives and plans.
Cascade and align strategic objectives across the Group, including sectors, subsidiaries, and business units.
Standardize annual planning templates and ensure consistent adoption across all business units.
Develop, maintain, and standardize data platforms for extraction, reporting, and executive decision-making.
Oversee KPI governance, data collection, analysis, and preparation of management reports.
Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify efficiency opportunities and performance improvements.
