Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
• 6–8 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic planning, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity
• Demonstrated experience building or operating Balanced Scorecard / OKR frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and strategic analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI)
• Demonstrated experience in change management and transformation management
• Strong command of Arabic and English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Leads the development of the corporate strategic analysis (market, competitive, financial, and internal capability assessments) supporting the group strategy
• Builds and maintains the Balanced Scorecard, strategic objectives, and OKR cascade across corporate, sector, and departmental levels
• Manages the strategic initiative portfolio: prioritization, business case review, and performance tracking against ROI
• Prepares monthly and quarterly strategic performance reports & peridic Startegic Reviews
• Ensures quality and consistency of analytical output
• Acts as the primary liaison between the Office of Strategy & Transformation and sector leadership on strategic alignment matters

Reports to: Chief, Strategy & Transformation

1. Position Overview

The Strategy Manager leads the day-to-day design, analysis, and execution management of the corporate strategy function within the Company. This is a founding role responsible for operationalizing the strategic framework — translating executive direction into structured analysis, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes across the Group's three business sectors.

2. Role Objective

This role carries direct ownership of building the analytical backbone of the organization — the Strategy Manager will shape how strategy is developed, cascaded, and tracked, not simply execute a pre-defined process.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Leads the development of the corporate strategic analysis (market, competitive, financial, and internal capability assessments) supporting the group strategy
• Builds and maintains the Balanced Scorecard, strategic objectives, and OKR cascade across corporate, sector, and departmental levels
• Manages the strategic initiative portfolio: prioritization, business case review, and performance tracking against ROI
