Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Strategy, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Professional certifications are an advantage, such as Balanced Scorecard Professional, Strategy Management Professional, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business transformation, performance management, or management consulting with minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or strategy leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and organizational transformation programs.
  • Experience in government services, visa services, travel, tourism, aviation, shared services, consulting, customer service, or large corporate organizations is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience in KPI design, Balanced Scorecard, corporate performance management, executive reporting, and strategy execution.
  • Experience working with CEOs, executive committees, boards, or senior government/private‑sector stakeholders is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, review, and execution of the organization’s corporate strategy and long-term business plans.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear initiatives, programs, departmental goals, and measurable performance indicators.
  • Facilitate the annual strategic planning cycle across all business functions.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Support executive leadership in defining growth priorities, strategic direction, and organizational focus areas.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Track progress against strategic objectives and recommend corrective actions when required.
  • Coordinate cross-functional strategic projects to ensure timely execution and achievement of business outcomes.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, strategic performance reports, and progress updates for the CEO, Executive Committee, and Board.
  • Ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with corporate priorities, resource availability, and business impact.
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise performance management framework.
  • Define, track, and monitor corporate KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee Balanced Scorecard implementation and performance review processes.
  • Conduct periodic business performance reviews with business unit leaders.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement initiatives to support annual targets.
  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on digitalization, automation, operational excellence, and customer experience.
  • Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives where required.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and service expansion initiatives.
  • Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
