Qualifications

• 2+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or similar.
• Solid experience in Customer Experience (CX), including customer research, journey mapping, touchpoint and pain-point analysis.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholders and clients.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
• Experience developing proposals, pitches, and business development materials.
• Ability to develop and communicate compelling arguments and recommendations.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand commercial and strategic issues quickly.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analysis, market research, and business assessments to support client engagements and decision-making.
• Analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
• Prepare high-quality reports, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Build professional and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Support the development of client proposals, pitches, and business development materials.
• Participate in client pitches and presentations, demonstrating strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business implications and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop strategies, deliverables, and client solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
