Job summary

eSense seeks an experienced Consulting Director to lead and grow its consulting practice in Saudi Arabia. You will drive client engagements from strategy through execution and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders across our client base.

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex engagements, mentor a team of consultants, manage profitability, and contribute to proposals and business development. A track record in leading firms in KSA is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or professional services.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role, managing teams and client portfolios.
• Proven experience in business development, including proposal development and client pitching.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposals, pitches, and account growth
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and engagement managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
• Oversee project profitability, resourcing, and risk management across a portfolio of engagements
• Represent eSense's point of view through thought leadership, industry events, and client forums
• Ensure engagements adhere to governance, compliance, and quality standards

What We're Looking For
