Job summary

Client of NicheHR Global is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisory Consultant to lead and deliver HR advisory and capability-building projects across learning and development, leadership development, talent assessment and talent management. The role requires MBA in HR with 10–15 years of advisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute client consulting projects with focus on quality, impact, and client satisfaction.
• Manage projects across HR capability building, people manager development, and HR process consulting.
• Ensure projects delivered on scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external subject matter experts while maintaining accountability.
• Represent client as thought leader in webinars, roundtables and conferences.
• Work closely with the sales team as a functional expert to support solutioning during business development.
• Contribute to proposals, pitch documents, and cost sheets for prospective clients.
• Maintain understanding of the full range of products and services offered by the organization including advisory solutions, memberships, certifications, conferences, marketing events, research and academic solutions.

Role Objective Contribute to the growth of the Consulting and Capability Building practice by conceptualizing and leading consulting projects across Learning and Development leadership development process consulting talent assessment and talent management Work closely with the sales team as a functional expert to provide solutions as the organization pitches for consulting and capability building business and represent our client s thought leadership in forums such as webinars roundtables and conference sessions

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope timelines and expected outcomes

• Represent our client as a thought leader in webinars roundtables and conference sessions
• Work closely with the sales team as a functional expert to support solutioning during business development efforts
• Contribute to proposals pitch documents and cost sheets for prospective clients
