Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in banking.
• Strong background in transformation, portfolio/project management or agile-at-scale delivery.
• Experience managing governance cadences, QBRs, Scrum of Scrums and strategic roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, priorities, risks and delivery performance.
• PMP, PgMP or SAFe certification is a plus.
