Job summary

You will lead performance metrics, issue resolution, and risk management across supplier networks, providing on-site training and daily engagement with prime and sub-tier suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in supplier performance management, with a track record of metrics-driven improvements.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier performance strategies to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives at supplier sites to raise CORE maturity.
• Establish and report supplier performance metrics weekly and monthly.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, driving corrective actions with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Assess and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted program success.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and program management to align objectives.
• Provide on-site training and daily engagement with key suppliers at multiple tiers.
• Support strategic sourcing activities aligned with program goals.
• Prepare detailed performance reports for senior leadership.
