Job summary

Raytheon in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Supplier Performance Leader within Operations & Supply Chain. Based in Industrial City #3, you will drive performance at key suppliers for localization programs and ensure adherence to Raytheon's quality, cost, and delivery standards.

You will develop performance strategies, monitor metrics, resolve issues with suppliers and internal teams, and provide on-site training to raise supplier maturity, with English fluency required and Arabic desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in supplier performance or operations management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement supplier performance strategies aligned to quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives at supplier sites to raise CORE maturity.
Establish, monitor, and report weekly and monthly supplier performance metrics.
Identify and resolve performance issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Collaborate with engineering, quality and program management to align objectives.
Provide on-site training and daily engagement with key suppliers at tiers.
Support strategic sourcing in line with program goals.
Prepare detailed performance reports for senior leadership.
