Job summary

Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Jeddah to lead sourcing for C-class SKUs, identify and qualify suppliers, and negotiate terms to meet budget and timelines. The role involves handling RFQs, POs, and MRP-driven planning while ensuring regulatory compliance with SFDA/Saber.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in FMCG procurement, strong English skills, and a track record of cost reduction and supplier relations.

Qualifications

• Educational level: University Graduate (Business Administration / Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering preferred).
• CIPS/CIPP qualification will be an advantage.
• Minimal experience: 5 years of relevant experience in procurement in the FMCG industry.
• Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and supplier qualification for C-class SKUs and regulatory approvals.
• Negotiate costs, terms, and lead times with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue POs and track order confirmations.
• Manage MRP parameters, capacity, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate RFQ process and supplier evaluations.
• Ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance (SFDA/Saber).
